I wish I bought this earlier!
This is a wrist brace that helped me sleep all night long without feeling hot or clammy. I really like the padding that conforms to the shape of my hand like it’s tailored for me. Immediate relief of carpal tunnel pain.

Not at all. In fact, the splints are designed in a way that promotes better blood circulation while being comfortable at all times.
