    Refund & Returns Policy

    30-Day Trial:

    • All our products come with a 30-day trial, starting from the day you receive your parcel. If you are not fully satisfied with our gear, you may return them for a full refund.

     

    Return Policy for Customer Remorse:

    • Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to return items if they change their mind. Contact us at support@koprez.com to initiate a return.
    • Conditions for return:
    • Items must be in the same condition as received.
    • Items returned dirty, broken, damaged, or stained will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Contact us for a prepaid return shipping label. The return address is 2950 Saturn St, Brea, CA 92821, USA. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving instructions.

     

    Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Dysfunctional Products:

    • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@koprez.com within 30 days for these issues.

     

    Restocking Fee:

    • No restocking fees for returns.

     

    Amendments and Cancellations:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any amendments or cancellations.

     

    Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, contact us within 30 days at support@koprez.com. 
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process a replacement or refund.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5-10 business days.

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • In the event of a lost or stolen package after confirmed delivery, Koprez® will assist in the investigation. While Koprez® is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered, our shipping department will provide necessary support. This includes providing delivery confirmation, date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details to help you with your investigation.

     

    Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@koprez.com for exchanges.

     

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • Certain products, such as pain patches, are non-refundable once opened and used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
