Returns and Exchange

All our products come with a 90-day trial which starts upon receiving your parcel. If you do not fall in love with our gear, you may return them for a full refund. 

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive brand new items.

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 


Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 90 days of receiving the products at support@koprez.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

This policy does not cover orders with a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Koprez™  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Koprez will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@koprez.com
