    Koprez® Warranty



    You will be given the option to add warranty to your Koprez® products before checkout. Please retain a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase. You'll need this to make a claim. Without it, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this warranty. Please also note that the warranty is for the original purchaser's benefit only and is not transferable at resale. The warranty is not refundable.



    A. What does the warranty cover?

    This warranty covers any material damage to Koprez gear incurred under correct usage. The product should uphold its natural form under the time frame of the warranty. This means that any severe body contours or body impressions imparted upon the product are covered under this warranty.

    B. What does the warranty NOT cover?

    Comfort preference.
    Abnormal use.
    Physical abuse or damage.
    Burns, cuts, liquid damage, or stains.
    Mold, dirt, stains, smells.
    Any claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.
    Any item (whether manufactured by Koprez® or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorized Koprez® at the time of purchase.



    C. When does the warranty end?

    Upon purchase of the lifetime warranty, your Koprez gear gains comprehensive protection that begins from the moment of delivery. This lifetime coverage guarantees the durability and performance of your product, ensuring it remains in optimal condition through normal use over the course of its lifespan.



    D. Your Responsibilities

    To claim this warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description and a photo of the problem or condition that you believe constitutes a defect; 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or an original dated sales receipt) to Koprez® at support@koprez.com.

    In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to require photographs, further information or descriptions before accepting a particular claim under this warranty.



    E. What do we do when we get all this from you?

    Any evidence we receive regarding the potential warranty claim will be cross-examined and evaluated by Koprez®. When we have received the evidence we need, we will decide at our sole, reasonable discretion whether the warranty covers your claim or not.

    If we determine, the warranty covers your claim, Koprez® will ship a new item back to you.



    F. What if I only want a refund?

    This warranty does not give you the right to get a refund. The warranty only covers replacements, repairs, and upgrades for successful warranty claims.
