Putting on your compression socks is simple:
1. Lay the sock flat on a surface and line up the heel of your foot with the toe seam of the compression sock. The toes should point away from you.
2. Slide your foot into the sock and pull it up to your calf.
3. Slowly roll the edges of the sock around your leg, starting at the ankle and working up towards your knee or thigh. Make sure both sides are even before you put on the second sock.
4. Repeat with the other foot, making sure each side is even and snug before you put it on.

The purpose of knee high compression socks is to apply graduated compression in the lower legs and feet to help reduce swelling and improve circulation. While it's unlikely that compression socks will harm you if worn during sleep, we still recommend taking them off at night. This will help ensure proper circulation throughout the night and prevent any potential issues with skin irritation due to prolonged contact.
