Processing & Shipping
We process and ship orders within 2–4 hours of being placed. Most orders leave our warehouse the same day you place them — because when you're in pain, waiting isn't an option.
We ship every day except Sunday. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched.
Need to make a change?
You have a short window after placing your order to request a size swap, address correction, or cancellation. Email us at support@koprez.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to catch your order before it ships. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be modified — but our team is happy to help with returns or exchanges after delivery.
