    Is Koprez® available in stores?

    Koprez® is only available on www.koprez.com. 


    While we're based online, we offer a 30-day trial, so you have plenty of time to try your garments in the comfort of your home.

    How do I care for my gear?

    Follow our washing instructions to keep yourself out of a stinky situation:

    Many braces on the market are made of neoprene - a synthetic material used to make wetsuits - or similar materials. Neoprene doesn’t “breathe” and traps sweat, which leads to unpleasant smells and breeding grounds for bacteria.

    Koprez® products are different because they’re made of high-quality knitted material. Knitted braces are more durable, moisture-wicking, and can be easily washed in a regular washing machine.

    • Machine or hand wash cold

    • Mild detergent
    • Tumble dry low
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not iron
    • Do not use softeners
    • Do not dry clean

    **If the product has a velcro strap (like the Knee Sleeve), please make sure that it is not attached to the knit, but on the same type of material - (Closure on closure, Strap on Strap)

    How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day.


    Free Shipping will be automatically applied for orders above $60.


    For customers within the United States, orders should arrive between 1-5 business days.


    For international customers, orders should arrive between 5-15 business days, depending on location. 


    *We do not ship orders on Sundays. A tracking code will be sent by email immediately when the parcel has been sent out.


    *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays 


    **Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

    What is the 30-day trial?

    Confident in our quality, all Koprez® products come with a 30-day trial. The trial starts upon receiving the package. If there is dissatisfaction with the purchase, email support@koprez.com, and a full refund will be arranged.

    • All claims made after the 30 days trial are no longer eligible for refunds or exchange.

    • To qualify for the refund, items must be in the same condition as received.

    • Please note that items that are damaged will not be eligible for refunds.

    How to get the right measurement?

    Products that work with compressions, such as supports and sleeves, need to fit the body like a second skin to ensure that they provide optimal support and comfort.


    What's needed:

    • a measuring tape 

    • a second person can be helpful as well.


    Size guides can be found on the product details page.

    If in between sizes, choose the bigger size.

    How to apply for a refund or exchange?

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, contact support@koprez.com within 30 days upon receiving the item. Only exchanges for items that are defected or damaged upon arrival will be accepted.


    *This does not include items that are dirty, broken, damaged or stained after being used.


    After contact, please send the unwanted item. Upon receipt of the article, a replacement will be shipped out, if available. If a replacement is not available, the full purchase price of the item will be refunded.


    Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    This policy does not cover orders with the wrong shipping address. 

    How to return Koprez® products?

    Contact the team at support@koprez.com to return items.

    Can orders be canceled or changed?

    If there's a need to amend or cancel an order, please contact support@koprez.com within 24 hours of making the purchase.


    Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours have passed. 

    What if the wrong shipping address was provided?

    If the wrong shipping address was provided, please contact support@koprez.com as soon as possible.


    If an order has already been shipped out or delivered to the wrong address, a shipping fee will be charged to resend the order again.


    Refunds are not offered for orders shipped to the wrong address.

    My package went missing. What should I do?

    Koprez® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are already confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. Contact us at support@koprez.com to receive a confirmation on date delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
