Email support@koprez.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation (size, address, or full cancellation).
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel or amend it. In that case, please refer to our Returns Policy once the order arrives.
Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
