Constant Pain In Your Wrists? Read This…

Learn why you’re getting constant wrist and hand pains, tingling, and numbness. And discover, perhaps the only non-invasive treatment for this to go away, that works.

Ever felt as if tiny ants are crawling inside your thumb and first three fingers? Or electricity running through them? Well… that might become a massive problem in the coming years.

No, there isn’t an actual ant civilization nesting inside your hands, laying open wires of electricity. But, what you’re feeling is the sensation of “something going very wrong.”

And it is highly likely that it is carpal tunnel syndrome.

As the name suggests, when your median nerve (which allows your brain to tell your thumb and fingers what to do, except the little one, that has a mind of its own) is squeezed tight inside the carpal tunnel (a small passageway where the median nerve goes through)...

You feel numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain in the hands i.e. the sensation of ants crawling or electricity running through them. But, enough of the boring science.

Let’s talk about the big elephant in the room.

How do you know if you have this syndrome in the first place? Well, that’s easy.

Do These Two Tests…

1. Tinel’s Sign

Press on the top side of your wrist, around the middle, where your wrist meets your hand. Keep pressing it for 15 to 30 seconds. If your fingers tingle… your test is positive.

That means: you may have carpal tunnel syndrome. But, just to make sure, do this too:

2. Phalen’s Maneuver

Make a knuckle on each hand, bump them together and keep them together. Now, open your knuckles while pressing the back of your hands and fingers together.

Make sure your fingers are pointing down. Stay that way for a minute or two. If your fingers tingle or get numb… it’s a tell-tale sign that you have carpal tunnel syndrome.

Now, if your tests are negative, and you still feel tingling/numbness sensations… you might want to visit your doctor. Chronic diseases like diabetes and arthritis can also be behind it all.

But, if your tests are positive… there is only one question that needs answering…

How Do You Get Rid Of It?

Well… there are two options.

The conventional option is… invasive. That means: a surgeon will pry open your wrists, tear apart pieces of ligaments that are choking the median nerve, and call it a day. Yikes!

Before you jump the gun on this one, there are certain risks you must know about.

Risks like wound infections, scar formation, the incomplete release of the ligament… that’s weak stuff. The real stuff you must avoid at all costs is injuries to the blood vessels or the nerves. While a veteran surgeon can minimize the chances of live-action gore galore… injuring your nerves or blood vessels can lead to a permanent disability! Who wants that!?

Opt it only if you’ve had carpal tunnel syndrome for years, you know a good surgeon with a terrific track record of successful carpal tunnel surgeries, and there is no other way.

If this symptom is new to you… there is a quick solution to remedy it and prevent further damage. And it is… wearing Koprez® Wrist Brace, a compression sleeve, day and night.

It’s a shameless plug but the thing is… it works because it’s based on clinical science.

What kind of science? Something that almost everybody knows about.

Heat and compression therapy, the most effective (and the most common) remedies to get rid of pains and inflammation, provide more blood flow to the applied region, and reduce swellings.

There are thousands of studies that provide how effective heat compression (a mix of both worlds) is in helping your body recover at warp speed. And the founders behind Koprez®…

They know that like the back of their hand. Thanks to their compression sleeves and braces… tens of thousands of people, who couldn’t even get up from the bed without pains of bad joints, fractures, or things like carpal tunnel syndrome, are now able to enjoy their life like normal… with almost zero pains, and zero worries of worsening symptoms even further.

You see… if you don’t take preventative measures, your carpal tunnel syndrome will only get worse. And the best way to avoid that is to wear wrist compression braces.

But, the thing with traditional compression braces is: they’re annoying.

In just a couple of minutes, your wrists will start sweating, itching, and since most compression braces are bulky… you will feel its weight and a giant drop in mobility.

And you will want to remove them as soon as possible.

That’s not the case with Koprez® wrist braces.

There Are Other Options…

Like yoga postures designed for strengthening, stretching, and balancing the upper body (and joints). They can help reduce pain and improve grip but the studies are lacking a bit.

Or seeing a physical therapist for… you guessed it… hand therapy. It’s still in its early stages but new research has shown some promise (you might want to do your own research, tho).

Now, this is quite controversial, since nobody knows for sure if this works or not but ultrasound therapy may also help reduce pain and improve carpal tunnel syndrome. Again, the research shows inconsistent results, so do some research before deciding what to do.

Still Here? Wow…
