Is Koprez™ available in stores?

Koprez™ is only available on www.koprez.com. 


While we're based online, we offer a 90-day trial, so you have plenty of time to try your garments in the comfort of your home.

How do I wash my garments?

We highly recommend a regular washing of your Koprez™ garments.

Koprez™ can be washed by hand or in a washing machine. Washing your garments in a mesh laundry bag helps to protect them during the wash cycle. Use warm water with mild soap or a gentle detergent.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.


All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day.


For customers within the United States, your order should arrive between 2-5 business days.


For international customers, your order should arrive between 5-15 business days, depending on location. 


*We do not ship orders on Sundays. You will receive a tracking code sent to you by email immediately when your parcel has been sent out. 


*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays 


**Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

What is the 90-day trial?

Confident in our quality, all Koprez™ products come with a 90-day trial. The trial starts upon you receiving your package. If you are not happy with your product, email us at support@koprez.com, and we will arrange your full refund.

  • All claims made after the 90 days trial are no longer eligible for refunds or exchange.
  • To qualify for the refund, items must be in the same condition that you receive it in.
  • Please note that items that are damaged will not be eligible for refunds.
  • You will be responsible for any shipping costs in returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly advisable, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. 

How do I apply for a refund or exchange?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us at support@koprez.com 90 days upon receiving your item. We will only accept exchange for items that are defected or damaged upon arrival.

*This does not include items that are dirty, broken, damaged or stained after being used. 


After contact, please send us your unwanted item. Upon receipt of the article, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

This policy does not cover orders with the wrong shipping address. 

How do I return my Koprez™ product?

Contact our team at support@koprez.com to return your items. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at support@koprez.com within 24 hours of making your purchase. 

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours have passed. 

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you have put the wrong shipping address, please contact us at support@koprez.com as soon as possible. 

If your order has already been shipped out or delivered to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your order again.

We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to the wrong address. 

My package went missing. What should I do?

Koprez™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are already confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. Contact us at support@koprez.com to receive a confirmation on date delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
